Digital Products
For digital products such as e-books, guides, and worksheets:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the content
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Refunds are not available if you have downloaded or accessed more than 30% of the digital content
Online Courses and Webinars
For online courses and webinars:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase or before completing 25% of the course, whichever comes first
- You must provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations
- No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if you have completed more than 25% of the course content
Coaching Sessions and Consultations
For coaching sessions and consultations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund
- If you miss a scheduled session without notice, no refund will be provided
- If you are dissatisfied with your first coaching session, you may request a refund within 24 hours after the session
Membership Subscriptions
For membership subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be canceled but are not eligible for a refund
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- After the specified refund period has expired
- If you have accessed a significant portion of the digital content or course material as specified above
- For coaching sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
- If the product or service was advertised as non-refundable or final sale
- If you have violated our Terms & Conditions
- If the reason for refund is outside our control (e.g., technical issues on your end, changing your mind without a substantive reason)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- You may reschedule a session without penalty if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is at the discretion of the coach/consultant
- Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of two times

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our products or services:

- Refunds due to technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

- Cancel the order and refund you the amount you paid
